we are in a recession etc... yet we can raise millions and millions for other countries for numerous reasons when all that money could be going to our economy and helping all the poverty, jobless, education, etc people that affects us personally day...

Let them quit! No one is irreplaceable. There are plenty of younger and more talented candidates to take their place. They should all be out of work anyway; if we hadn't bailed them out, would have gone bankrupt months ago.

I was watching him get grilled this morning, and I still think he should stay. So much of what they blame him for, he had no control over, and I think with the country being in the middle of this financial mess, making a change wouldn't be wise.

Great! Its about time our congressman are held accountable for their shady practices. Why shouldnt he be punished for trying to get rich while he was supposed to be doing his best to actually help people?
