Let them quit! No one is irreplaceable. There are plenty of younger and more talented candidates to take their place. They should all be out of work anyway; if we hadn't bailed them out, would have gone bankrupt months ago.

If they're so unhappy with the amount, they shouldnt take it. They should feel free to try and find another job that pays them what they feel they deserve.
